Bernarda Sports provides fully tracked courier delivery with dual fulfillment hubs in the United Kingdom and the European Union, ensuring swift, domestic handling for British and European orders, alongside direct global dispatch.

1. Delivery Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Orders of €80 and above: FREE Tracked Delivery

  • Orders below €80 Flat Rate Tracked Shipping

2. Regional Fulfillment & Delivery Estimates

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays):

  • United Kingdom (Domestic Dispatch):

    Orders placed for delivery within the United Kingdom are dispatched directly from our local UK fulfillment center via tracked domestic couriers.

    • Estimated transit time: 5 business days.

  • European Union (EU Dispatch):

    Orders within the EU are shipped directly from our European hub.

    • Estimated transit time: 6 business days.

  • International & Rest of World:

    Dispatched via priority international tracked courier services.

    • Estimated transit time: 10 business days.

Tracking details are emailed automatically as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment base.

3. Taxes, Duties & Customs Clearance

  • United Kingdom (Domestic Deliveries): Because UK orders are fulfilled directly from our local UK facility, shipments carry zero customs processing fees or import surcharges.

  • European Union (EU Deliveries): Intended destination VAT is calculated transparently at checkout. Orders moving within the EU single market incur no cross-border duties.

  • Non-EU International Shipments (e.g., Switzerland): Orders delivered outside the UK and EU customs territories may be subject to regional import regulations, local inspections, or administrative fees upon delivery, in accordance with destination authority rules.
